Malaria Consortium is seeking qualified Workshop Assistants to ensure smooth operations during the Post Implementation Study Training sessions. The role requires administrative support for workshop activities, including distribution of materials, attendance coordination, and IT support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Workshop Assistant, you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Distribute workshop and training materials to participants
- Coordinate refreshment services during breaks (Tea and Lunch)
- Take photographs during training sessions for documentation
- Monitor attendance and ensure accurate records
- Set up and operate IT equipment for presentations and smooth session operations
